RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At SNOBI WIGS, each piece is carefully selected, crafted, inspected, and prepared to meet our luxury quality standards. Due to the personal nature and value of human-hair wigs, we maintain strict return and exchange requirements to protect the integrity of every piece sold.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.
READY-TO-WEAR WIGS
Eligible, non-customized ready-to-wear wigs may be requested for return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery or in-store pickup.
To qualify, the wig must be returned in its original, unworn and unaltered condition with all original packaging and security tags attached.
A return request does not automatically guarantee approval. All returned wigs are inspected before a return or exchange is authorized.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for consideration, the wig must:
- Be completely unworn
- Have all original tags and security attachments intact
- Have lace that has NOT been cut, trimmed, tinted or altered
- Have no adhesive, makeup, foundation or lace tint applied
- Have no added products, oils, sprays or fragrances
- Have no signs of washing or conditioning
- Have no heat styling or restyling
- Have no cutting, layering or trimming
- Have no coloring, bleaching, toning or chemical processing
- Have no alterations to the cap or construction
- Be free of odors, including perfume, smoke and environmental odors
- Be returned with all original packaging and included accessories
If the wig does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused and the wig returned to the client.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED WIGS
All custom, made-to-order and personalized wigs are FINAL SALE.
This includes wigs customized according to your requested:
Color • Length • Density • Cap Size • Hairline • Lace • Construction • Texture • Cut • Styling • Measurements
Once production or customization has begun, the order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because the piece is being prepared specifically for the client.
ALTERED WIGS
Once a wig has been altered, it becomes FINAL SALE.
Alterations include, but are not limited to:
Cutting the lace, cutting or layering the hair, coloring, toning, bleaching, adding highlights, changing the hairline, plucking, knot customization, cap alterations, applying adhesive or makeup, washing, heat styling or otherwise modifying the wig from the condition in which it was received.
TRYING ON YOUR WIG
We encourage clients to carefully inspect and gently try on their wig before removing any tags or making alterations.
When trying on your wig, we recommend wearing a clean wig cap and avoiding makeup, oils, perfume or hair products.
Do not cut the lace or remove the security tag until you are certain you are keeping your wig.
Removal of the security tag may make the wig ineligible for return.
MEDICAL & CRANIAL PROSTHESIS ORDERS
Wigs purchased for medical hair loss or as a cranial/hair prosthesis are subject to the same return requirements unless otherwise stated in writing.
If insurance, HSA/FSA funds or another third-party payment method is involved, additional restrictions may apply.
SNOBI WIGS cannot guarantee that an insurance company will reimburse or cover a purchase.
COLOR VARIATIONS
We make every effort to accurately represent our wig colors online and during consultations.
However, colors may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, computer screens, mobile devices and individual display settings.
Additionally, natural and minimally processed human hair may contain subtle variations in tone and strand color.
Minor natural color variations are not considered defects.
NATURAL HAIR CHARACTERISTICS
Our premium human hair, including virgin and minimally processed Slavic hair, may naturally vary from piece to piece.
Natural characteristics may include subtle differences in:
Wave pattern • Texture • Strand thickness • Porosity • Tone • Density • Natural movement
These characteristics are part of genuine human hair and are not considered manufacturing defects.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Every SNOBI wig undergoes a quality inspection before leaving our care.
If you believe you received an incorrect item or a wig with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and/or video showing the concern.
Do not wear, wash, cut the lace, color, style or otherwise alter the wig while your claim is being reviewed.
If SNOBI determines that the item is defective or that we made an error with your order, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Clients must contact SNOBI WIGS before returning an item and receive return instructions.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee that the return will be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a confirmed SNOBI WIGS error or manufacturing defect, the client is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service appropriate for the full value of the wig.
SNOBI WIGS is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected while in transit.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping, expedited shipping, international shipping and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when SNOBI WIGS confirms an error on our behalf.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned wig has been received and successfully inspected.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees and other non-refundable charges will be deducted where applicable.
EXCHANGES
Eligible ready-to-wear wigs may be exchanged subject to availability.
If the replacement wig has a higher price, the client will be responsible for the difference.
If the replacement wig has a lower price, any applicable balance will be handled according to SNOBI WIGS’ current exchange procedures.
Custom wigs and altered wigs are not eligible for exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
Ready-to-wear orders may only be cancelled before fulfillment begins.
Custom or made-to-order wig orders may only be cancelled before production or customization has started.
Once sourcing, construction, coloring, customization or other production work has begun, the order becomes FINAL SALE.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We encourage clients to contact SNOBI WIGS directly regarding any concern with an order so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
Order confirmations, consultations, measurements, customization selections, shipping records, delivery confirmation, correspondence, photographs and other transaction records may be maintained as documentation of the purchase.
Initiating a payment dispute does not alter the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
IN-PERSON PURCHASES & PICKUPS
Clients picking up their wig in person are encouraged to inspect the piece before leaving.
Once a wig has been accepted and subsequently worn, altered, cut, customized or otherwise made ineligible under this policy, it cannot be returned simply because the client changes their mind.
