SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At SNOBI WIGS, every order is carefully inspected, prepared and securely packaged before leaving our care. Because our wigs are luxury, high-value pieces, we use secure and trackable shipping methods to protect both our clients and their purchases.

PROCESSING TIMES

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs:
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for processing and final quality inspection before shipment.

Customized Ready-to-Wear Wigs:
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the customization requested.

Custom & Made-to-Order Wigs:
Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for sourcing, construction, customization and final quality inspection.

More complex customizations, specialty colors, rare Slavic hair selections or special-order pieces may require additional time.

Estimated completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

U.S. SHIPPING FEES

Standard Insured Shipping — $25
Estimated transit: 3–5 business days after processing.

Express Insured Shipping — $45
Estimated transit: 1–3 business days after processing.

Priority Overnight — Starting at $75
Available for eligible ready-to-ship orders. Rates may increase depending on destination, package value and carrier charges.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

SNOBI WIGS offers complimentary standard insured U.S. shipping on wig purchases of $2,500 or more.

Upgraded express or overnight shipping may be purchased separately.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All wig orders are shipped with tracking.

Due to the value of our products, orders may also be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation.

For particularly high-value orders, additional security requirements may apply.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

A signature may be required upon delivery of all wig orders.

Orders valued at $2,500 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Please select a delivery address where you or an authorized adult will be available to receive the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SNOBI WIGS ships internationally to select destinations.

International Insured Shipping — Starting at $95

Final shipping costs are determined by destination, package value, shipping service and insurance requirements.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International clients are responsible for any applicable:

Customs Duties • Import Taxes • VAT • Brokerage Fees • Government Charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the SNOBI WIGS purchase price or shipping fee unless specifically stated at checkout.

SNOBI WIGS is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Clients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your:

Contact SNOBI WIGS immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

BILLING & SHIPPING VERIFICATION

For fraud prevention and client protection, high-value orders may be subject to additional verification before shipment.

SNOBI WIGS reserves the right to request additional information or require the shipping address to correspond with verified payment information before releasing an order.

Orders may be temporarily held until verification is successfully completed.

DELIVERY

An order is considered delivered when the shipping carrier records the package as successfully delivered to the address provided with the order.

Please monitor your tracking information and make arrangements to receive your package.

Because SNOBI wigs are high-value items, we strongly recommend avoiding unattended deliveries.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier and SNOBI WIGS as soon as possible.

When applicable, SNOBI WIGS will assist with information necessary to initiate a carrier or shipping-insurance investigation.

Claims are subject to the carrier’s and/or insurer’s investigation and requirements.

SNOBI WIGS cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement until the applicable investigation has been completed and the claim has been approved.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the shipping box, shipping label, packaging and contents immediately.

Please contact SNOBI WIGS within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the damage.

Do not discard the original packaging while a shipping claim is being reviewed.

REFUSED & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Clients are responsible for monitoring tracking information and accepting delivery.

Packages returned to SNOBI WIGS because of refusal, an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package may be subject to additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances outside of SNOBI WIGS’ control may affect delivery.

These may include severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, holidays, natural disasters and other transportation delays.

Shipping estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed by SNOBI WIGS.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING DOES NOT EXPEDITE PRODUCTION

Purchasing Express or Overnight shipping only shortens the carrier’s transit time after your order is completed.

It does not shorten the processing, customization or production time required to prepare your wig.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Eligible clients may select complimentary in-store pickup by appointment when available.

You will be contacted once your order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation from SNOBI WIGS.

Identification and/or order verification may be required for high-value purchases.
